Meet Blaze the Dragon

Blaze is the Blaze Communications pet dragon.  A legendary creature, he is full of wit and wisdom.   Blaze is not a purebred dragon, having an English Drake father and Asian dragonness mother.  Just as described in many Asian and European cultures,   he is known for both his professional strength and personal gentility.  A blue dragon is one that is highly communicative. Being an extremely intelligent creature that talk, doesn’t mean that people actually listen, so he prefers to blog.  Never to be confused with a serpent because while he loves the beach and ocean, he’s not much of a swimmer.  Accustomed to being called a blue thorny beast and as a water dragon, Blaze is a fabulous pilot in the rain and enjoys soaking in warm baths.

Being associated with nature’s water element, Blue Dragons are known for sound intuition and clear communication skills.  The strong and silent type, it takes the right conversationalist to get them truly talking or desiring to leave their lair.  Dragons are known for both speaking in riddle as well as providing frank unedited feedback.  Occasionally, Blaze can be quite mischievous, setting a blaze in his blogs about things that really set him afire.   Blue Dragon mental skill gives them an affinity for administration and management, making them servant leaders, demonstrating their independent nature. Blaze has a playful dark side. During more naughty moments, Blaze is feels often misunderstood by the humans around him because they assume to know what he’s thinking, jump to conclusions or merely don’t ask enough questions.

Full of powerful creativity and endless magic, the Blue Dragon is a passionate artist.  Commonly known for the ability to see through situations and right to the core of people, such creatures are excellent advisers with an uncanny ability to analyze the balancing of emotion with logic four sound decision making.  They believe in fairness and justice abuot all else. Generally,a  good natured guardian guiding clients to master marketing, Blaze is in charge of Customer Service and Continuous Improvement. We are happy to report that he has only occasionally been allowed to eat delinquent clients or rude studio guests.

Outside such normal dragon fodder of evil kings etc, his favorite meat is pork loin.  Since the mix of flames and spices give Blaze heartburn, he cannot eat spicy food.  Therefore, he loves Chinese food, Japanese Sushi (particularly grilled eel & shrimp) and Seafood (scallops & lobster).   For nearly a year, he was completely burnt up by the fact that Blake could not locate a breakfast box of AlphaBits cereal anywhere in Indianapolis and even Post couldn’t email Blake as to where to find one, but thankfully one recently appeared.  As for snack foods, Blaze is partial to low sugar, cake doughnuts, refrigerated Gummy Bears and old fashioned Red Twizzlers.  His favorite drink is semi-sweet ice tea or hot Mandarin Orange Chinese tea, when Constant Comet isn’t available.

As for hobbies, Blaze is a black belt in karate, most skilled in a wicked tail sweep. He speaks Japanese fluently.  While addicted to the TV show Merlin, his favorite movie is How to Tame Your Dragon and  Dragon Hunters.   Like any growing boy, he knows all the words to Star Wars A New Hope by heart & regularly watches his Harry Potter collection.  While fiercely loyal, only one voice that can get Blaze to disobey his knightly dragon master, Blake, . . . his muse—a gal who lures with both fire and ice.   Being a Cancerian sign, yields a passionate, romantic at heart.  He loves watching BBC classic literature mini-series.  Therefore, like Animal from the Muppets, he cannot help expressing the volcanic love he feels for a real, but nameless WOMAN by hacking Blake’s twitter account.  Naturally, he is very frustrated by the whole intolerance for dragon-human relations controversy.

Should you ever need to make friends or repair friendship with with a fire breathing, ice dragon, carefully choose him a gift that he can tell you took great care in selecting.  But beware,  dragons can sense insincerity miles away and they will not easily be bamboozled or conned.  Proud creatures, they don’t like to be dismissed. dragons quickly see the difference between what a person says and does.
