6 Behaviors that Nail You as a Newbie Networking Nutjob

You might be a rookie sales person or newbie networker if…

1)  you bring more than business cards and a small note pad with pen to networking events.

2)  you bring stuff in with you as theft prevention, but carried in arms as opposed to a colorful branded bag or briefcase.

3) you failed to plan ahead demonstrated by not bringing a “date” with you to the “party”.

4) you have not mastered or memorize a reasonable 60 second and don’t know precisely who is your target market.

5) you spend time during discussion asking questions that direct the conversation back to your company challenges.

6) you force or otherwise politely obligate a guest to look at  your brochures or watch your sales presentation.
